Sometimes you have to take advantage of a sale and buy things without a clear idea what they will be for. You just do. It's a rule, I promise.

I took a look at a couple of designers who's work I liked in Design Challenges and found other designs I liked. First up Crazy Checkerboard by Shirleytwofeathers.

I picked it up in Modern Jersey. I loved the bright, dancing nature of it. Maybe accents on a shirt.

Blue makes me happy. Rain makes me happy. How can I go wrong. Raindrops on Water by sew_art_engineer.

I was actually looking at Studioxtine's cat fabric. But cats are really my mom's thing, so I thought I would wait. But I found Lily Pond Frogs and got some in cotton spandex (yes, the idea formed). 

So that lead me to Pink Buds on Off White, in Modern Jersey by allureandweft

Time will tell what these become.
